CAMPSITE REGULATIONS
Campasun Parc Mogador - Campasun Mas de Pierredon
1.PAYMENT
Payment accepted in cash, by cheque, by credit card, by E-credit card, Camping Cheques, Holiday cheques, A.N.C.V.
2.BOOKING
Your booking will only become valid once your application and deposit paid by cheque or E-credit card have been received. If your have any pets with you during your holiday, you will need to send us a copy of its record vaccination (pets are not allowed during July and August)
3.INSURANCE CANCELLATION FOR A RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS
The cost of insurance cancellation must be paid at the same time than the deposit. Insurance cancellation let you to refund money you have paid to us (excluded insurance and booking fee) for your holiday in the following situations:

- Injury, illness, death of t he person making the booking or member of his family
- Home misfortunes (fire, flood, robbery, other disaster)
- Lay-off of the person making the booking or his conjunct

No compensation is payable if you cancel at your arrival or during your stay. You must confirm the cancellation in writing. No action will be taken by us until we have received your written instructions and a supporting document.
4.ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
For pitch:
Arrival between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Departure before 11 a.m.

For rental accommodation:
Arrival between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Departure before 10 a.m.

At your arrival, you will need to check in at the reception. If you arrive after 7 p.m., please could you phone us on : 04 94 74 53 16 or by e-mail: mogador@campasun.com.
5.DURING YOUR STAY
Every client has to respect the present campsite regulations.

We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), and damage to guest's property.
For security and insurance measurements, it is forbidden to stay more than permitted number of people in the rental accommodations.

B.B.Q is not allowed at any time on the site.
6.AT YOUR DEPARTURE
For pitch : To check-out

For rental accommodation : the balance of the total amount is already paid.

For rental accommodations, a deposit of 500€ will be requested at the beginning of your stay. It will be repaid to you at the end of your stay, but a deduction will be made equal to the cost of anything is missing, damaged or broken. The sum of 50€ will be retained by the campsite in the event of the bungalow not having been cleaned.
